H2B Work Visa Program is a program in which individuals apply for a visa that allows them to work temporarily in the US or work seasonal jobs. To qualify for this visa you must have a temporary job offer from a US employer. The US employer then files the H2B application with the US Immigration Bureau. Lastly, the employee must assume to go back home once the temporary job has been fulfilled.
